Shake N Slide in Neutral Bay is my go-to burger joint in the area. I have tried just about everything on the menu, and the majority has been great. For burgers, I go for the Original Sliders because they’re unfussy and are a great size just to bite into without being messy. I also like to order the cheesy fries, which come in reasonably generous portions. The regular fries are also nice. The nachos are also great. They’re simple, with enough toppings without being overloaded. The mac and cheese croquettes are delicious, but I wish more than two came in an order. Onion rings are also delicious, although a little expensive. And finally, the Malteaser shake is very good. While certainly not a fancy burger place, the food is solid and hits the spot when you’re looking for something a little naughty.

Wish that there were better healthy and vegan/vegetarian options on the menu with burgers and shakes too. Besides that the fries were good, staff could be friendlier.
