Masters at overcooking. I ordered the glazed duck with rainbow chard. The duck was absolutely mutilated, gray and tougher than the rubbers I used back in grade 3, but at the same time the skin was soft and had a non-existent bite. Chard suffered the same fate as the duck, lost all its bite and for a second I thought I had ordered mushy peas with gravy. Saving grace would be their crispy AF sweet potato chips. Surprisingly awesome.
