Been awhile since I’ve been to a hogs. My latest visit did not match my memory of their food. Steak was cooked to medium rare as requested but lacked flavour that comes from good charring/ searing of the outside. The calamari was perfect. Soft and seasoned well. Also had beef potato skins which were disappointing. Skin was not crispy. Not a lot of flavour except from BBQ sauce.

The service however was terrible, the manager that ‘greeted’ us was very rude and inhospitable. Waitress was pleasant but asked us to order food within 5 mins of sitting down.
Dirt in the salad. Absolutely flavorless steak. And the kids cheese burger was so rough my daughter only ate the bun.. nothing but disappointed with the food
Went there on the first day of the new menu and it’s still the same old hogs breath. The prime rib steak tastes the same as usual. Pretty decent steak.
