Customer Service was good. But the flavour for the fried rice, pork and chicken oyster were so bland. And way over priced. When I asked for a 20% discount for takeaway as per there Facebook stated they advised it was out of date.
I love this place. I always went to this restaurant when I was in Newie hahaha in fact this was the only Thai restaurant that I’ve been to up here. My mottos always been “if your onto a good thing, stick to it!” And that’s what I’ve always done here. The service is always nice, and very professional. The food is amazing, just delicious! From the crackers (starters) to the massaman beef curry 5/5 to the chicken pad Thai 5/5 and the green curry 5/5! What more could a man want? Hahaha This place is a must visit in my opinion if you are in Newie! Enough said lol
I have been a loyal customer of Larna Thai for many years THe food has always been exceptional Until tonight it appears that this restaurant is under new management THe food Iv received tonight was suitable for my dog Even my dog got sick on it As so often happens when restaurants change management the new owners decide to change the tried and proven methods in favor of what they think is best What they have actually done in this case is to achieve in driving away a customer of more than 2 years Do yourself a favor DO NOT waste your money buying food from this restaurant You would be much better off to stand in front of your toilet and tear up $50 notes PS, In order to publish this post iv, had to rate this restaurant Iv been forced to give it one star Trust me its not worth that star
Staff were lovely the host especially! We were shocked at how close the food was to the traditional taste! Loved every bit of it! However we weren’t able to try the dessert as we came in too late. The atmosphere itself was very homely so great for a quiet dinner with the family.
