Ooh I wish we’d eaten here for breakfast!Great, interesting, diverse menu.Lovely setting in the cafe.We only had a coffee but the food orders going past looked wonderful. (eg. a bacon and egg burger fit to feed two!)
Came here on a coffee recommendation and was not disappointed. The café had a lovely laidback vibe and staff were very friendly. I had a vegan veg toastie which wasn’t anything spectacular but it did the trick. Would definitely come again for the coffee
The burger was not too bad 6/10.The service was unresponsive as nobody cleaned the table and serve the water. When the tab water cups was served, they were greasy and smelled bad.
We always sit outside as we enjoy the shady trees. The food is consistently delicious and the service is good; the vegetarian breakfast is a must.
Chicken guinea toastie is possibly the best sanga in newy. The coffee is also better than pretty much anywhere else. They have other good stuff too, in fact pretty much everything is good. Only problem is that because they use a sourdough loaf the slices vary so sometimes the sanga is big, sometimes it’s small. Tip: use the bigger middle slices for sangas, use the smaller end pieces for toast and stuff.
