  Brilliant food and great family atmosphere. Went and took my family (including young children) for a meal. They were great and friendly. The meals were a very generous size and tasted great. The food was cooked quickly and served by the very friendly girls. Great place and will be back

  Seafood Platter. Decided to go to The Beach House over Scratchleys for a seafood platter and it was appalling.The young girls serving was great it was the quality of seafood that was disgusting.For $139 I don’t understand why there is frozen prawn cutlets,artificial crab claws,and thawed blue swimmer crab ,which was dry and tasteless,the bugs still had the poo tracking in them and hadn’t been cleaned properly,after that I was nervous to eat the oysters.The whole experience was so disappointing it upset me as it was my idea to go there abandoned a special occasion.We were offered a $20 discount for our meal however we did spend$280.I don’t understand how you can be positioned so close to a fish co-op and not have great quality FRESH SEAFOOD.Never again.And this is the first time in my life I have posted a complaint online and I’m 43.

  Staff friendly. Ordered pumpkin pasta was overcooked and disappointing.
