MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOUR BILL. WILL ATTEMPT TO OVER CHARGE YOU BY A LOT!Food was tasteless and not authentic. Only offered a few mezze’s. For $60 banquet we only got a couple of little salads and a few dips, all held in the smallest of plates. The main meal had hardly any meat on it and this had to be shared with 5 others. Soft drinks were scarce and had to be paid for. Staff and Service was so horrible. Owner/manager and staff couldn’t wait to get you out of there and took whatever food was left away so they could clean up. They even took my Coke which I had hardly taken a sip out of when I turned my back for a couple of minutes. Plates were so old they had permanent marks on them. When we came to pay the bill the owner tried to rip us off by a few hundred (we had quite a few there for a function) and agreed only we added it together. When we came to pay by credit card he jumped down our throats saying there is a business surcharge although none exists. Legislation makes this illegal. Then he told us ‘it is illegal for me to collect the cash and then pay it on my credit card.’ I wouldn’t take my worst enemy there. It’s a rip off, the food is crap, the owner untrustworthy, the service is bad and so many more things. There is now way I will recommend this place to anyone. Extremely disappointing. Good luck with parking. All in all, this has got to be the worst Lebanese restaurant I have eaten at.

I have been to Arabella twice in the last week as I have found the food to be delicious and the staff very friendly. They were able to cater to dietary requirements without a fuss. It seems as though people expect a huge plate of food that they can’t even finish in order to say that a place is worth its price, so from that perspective, sure it is a tad pricey but I wouldn’t say that anyone I was with was even able to finish their meal. Also should note that it is located in an inner suburb so it is naturally going to be more pricey than somewhere further out of the city. We all left the place satisfied and will be sure to head back for some more delicious food!

Came here for something different than our usual Lebanese. We ordered the meat mix plate and vegetarian mixed plate. The meat served was completely dry. The plates were small for what it was an compared to our other Lebanese places in the inner west. The potatoes on the veggie plate were cold. Food was just average. Belly dancer was ok. But we didn’t stay long, not our thing. Staff here need training. Need customer service course and should be engaged in role plays before sending them out to real customers to be served.More kitchen staff needed. Food took a while to come out for such a simple order. Anywho, won’t be back in a rush.

Pretty good Lebanese food but I’ve had better. Good service. Food came out promptly. #lebanese #eggplant #chicken #octopus #seafood #rice #decent

We came here for a birthday party and had ordered the banquet. The food was quite bland and boring and for a banquet, there wasn’t much variety. I ordered a grape/mint Shisha which had the tiniest head! It too was beyond average! The belly dancer was fun. The staff were completely clueless. We should’ve known by the almost empty restaurant on a Friday night what we were in for. I won’t be returning.
