This was my go-to place for delicious and healthy food during my 1-year stay in Australia! Adam and his team are the best – super friendly and very knowledgeable about the food they serve and healthy vegetarian/vegan eats overall. They put lots of love and care into everything they make – not only does it look great, it tastes amazing, too, and it all comes from sustainable and responsible sources. I just love that! That’s something I look for when dining out & when you can actually find it in a cafe, it’s amazing. This is a unique spot and now that I am not in Australia anymore, I really miss it! The chickpea curry, beetroot hummus, french toast, blue algae latte…I can keep going…everything is worth a try! Make your way over to this gem in Newtown, you won’t regret it! Thank you, Buddha Bowl Cafe, for making me and my tummy smile!

A whole lot of healthy goodness. The food is tasty but also good for you, however I found the portions were a tad small. I tried their popular blue algae latte which I thought I would dislike, but nope it was tasty! Also got the aztec bowl which was a whole lot of yummmo. Tamari noodle bowl was nice too but not as good as the aztec.
