Replacing a Burger Fuel branch, the doctor has a smaller range but similar burgers. The beef seems good quality but the burger was strangely short on flavour. The fried chicken was the same – good quality ingredients but little effort to get flavour into it. The prices are good though and another good thing is the range of classic burgers that are smaller and cheaper.
TSU Tofu : Amazing The Flying Doctor : Good Jekyll & Hyde : Good Sweet Potato Fries : Good Chocolate Thickshake : Great TSU Tofu Burger is probably one of my favourites. Some think its weird when they put teriyaki sauce and satay sauce together but I liked the sweet/salty combination of it. Both beef burgers were a little dry even though it was loaded with sauce and fresh veg. Sweet Potato Fries were also average. Choccy Thickshake was good though. Not enough chocolate for my taste but thick enough to enjoy.
