Arrived late one evening at Falafel on King. One of the staff members recommended beef shawarma. It’s rare to find the old school marinated beef strips which are packed with flavour and very tender. The only issue I had was I wanted more. Will be heading back here for all my shawarma needs. Hopefully will try the falafel next time.
Update June 2018 – falafels are still great, but they charge much more now, and considering the rest of their menu is pretty average, and falafels dont come with the extras they used to, I dont eat here anymore. Old review: If you have a craving for quality falafels and accompaniments, go directly to falafel on king. I bought a falafel roll a few weeks. Ack when they opened and was very impressed. Their falafels are huge, deliciously light, crispy on the outside and fluffy in the middle. Great value for money, clean place, nice people. I’m sure more positive ratings will follow.
