Amazing bakery located in the heart of Marrickville. The staff are always friendly and welcoming, you are always served efficiently and quickly so is great if you are short with time and want a delicious snack. Every time I have been there the bread has always been fresh and you cant go past the great prices. I would highly recommended you give Le fusion a go you wont be disappointed!!
HONG HA EAT YOUR HEART OUT! YUM!The Vietnamese roll with roast pork and crackling is first of its kind and it’s absolutely irresistible. You can choose from a range of white, wholemeal or multigrain quality rolls which are substantive and it’s the only place in Sydney to get it. Another Surprise is their range of authentic quality sourdough at a most reasonable price of $6 for a sourdough rye loaf, most places you pay substantially more. Since I discovered Le Fusion I am a fervent fan, it’s now my go to place.
