I hadn’t been to this restaurant for about 2 years, but going there this week reminded me how nice it is, and that I/we should come back here more often… the staff and management are friendly and professional, the prices are competitive compared to other fine dining restaurants in its class. Sharing the tasting dessert plate is a must when you can’t decide which dessert(s) you want.
Walked in on a Saturday night and was luckily able to get a table for two. The waitress was extremely nice and careful to us. The restaurant is cozy. We both ordered the lamb shank and its celery gratin, the dish comes in a decent portion, the meat was tender and flavoursome. We also ordered a bottle of red wine, corkage fee if you BYO is cheap but actually, the prices of the restaurant’s wine list is really affordable, we were positively surprised by that. We were tempted by the dessert at the end but we thought it seemed a bit pricey comparing to the rest of the menu (starters, main, drinks).
