Came here for breakfast on a Sunday morning. Was immediately greeted by the waitress and provided with menus. She came back to take our order shortly after and then brought us table water straight away without us having to ask.I ordered a chai latte which came in this beautiful large cup and it was honestly one of the best chai’s I’ve ever had. For food I had poached eggs on sourdough with bacon, add hash brows and hollandaise sauce. I cannot fault their breakfast. Literally everything was perfect! Runny eggs, crispy but still soft and delicious bacon and crispy hash browns which weren’t too oily. My friend had the zucchini and haloumi fritters which I tasted and they were also delicious. Everything about this cafe was amazing. It’s a struggle to find a cafe with great service and Twelve and their waitresses went above and beyond. I cannot understand why they have received such awful reviews because our experience was the opposite! Definitely coming back.

No table water. Poor service. Ordered Polenta – was supposed to be a main but came with 3 polenta chips, a random poached egg and some mushrooms. Also ordered coffee which came exactly after we finished eating.

I been wanting to review this place for some time but I’m always busy. Anyway what can I say?, is by far the worst place I have been the unfortunate time to spend trying to eat that think they cook there. So much very not Italian. It feels like some students where cooking in the back and then they serve u and try to make u believe is ok. I believe is very bad management not waitress or chef problem really. I honestly can cook so much better at home by boiling spaghetti for the supermarket then adding package sauce. It tastes so bad this place. Some waiters r good, some r just unprofessional I understand that sometimes happens is just the food is very very bad. I honestly think I’d a bit funny. It remind me my days as a Bachelor
