If possible I would give it a rating of 0. We arrived at 7pm and waited until 8:30 for our orders to be taken. Not only were they under staffed, but their service was extremely slow. Our meals arrived at 9:45 for 18 people. 1 meal never came and 2 came at 10:30. When it came time to pay the owner of the restaurant, he was rude, ignorant and not willing to budge on the bill. He only seemed to care about money and not the customer. I also heard that people ordering room service were waiting up to an hour for food. It is appalling and disgraceful and we will never be going there again. It is the worst service I have ever experienced.
The worst service I have ever experienced. Function for 20 people, waited over one hour for a waiter to serve us (the orders were taken incorrectly), only 18 meals arrived after waiting for nearly 2 hours for them to be cooked. Very rude owners and staff. After waiting to discuss the bill with the owner, we got yelled at and verbally abused. Never coming back again.
As a guest at Quest North Ryde, this is one of your two options so fatigue will most definitely set in. Highly overpriced. The food itself is average; I very quickly exhausted all my vegetarian options. All I really enjoyed were the desserts. And for that price, I was definitely expecting a better breakfast spread.
Have only been here for a breakfast meeting and it was lovely. Delicious eggs benedict and coffee was good too. Work colleagues often come for seafood lunch – yet to try it but I will come back..
Wonderful service, great food and wine. The seafood platter for two is IN MYopinion worth the price. My wife loved her creme brle, and I had a wonderful night even though my 5 year old son started being a bit silly at the end of the night! But the staff handled it with tact and aplomb.
Great for Business/Corporate Lunch. I have taken my colleagues to lunch twice in the last few months; choosing the second time to return to Atlantis Bar & Dining. The staff are friendly, professional and courteous. The food is delicious and they have great value options (we even got some complimentary extras!). In the Macquarie Park/North Ryde area, there aren’t many fine dining restaurants to take business colleagues/partners/clients, however we now refer our clients onto Atlantis – their feedback has been great too.
