Overall, this restaurant is nice but with a couple of changes would be excellent.First up is the service. I’t is good, perhaps a little too good. The waitress hovered around our vicinity our entire visit. It was invasive and made us feel uncomfortable, almost as if to say, hurry up, we want to close. My partner hadn’t finished and the waitress was asking if she could take the plates. Just over the top.Second, is put more of the traditional dishes on the menu. No Vindaloo or Bombay Curry. And while we’re on the food, everything was a little too spicy. Nice if you’re from the Indian subcontinent, but not so good for us poor Anglo-Saxons. I’m OK with the heat but my partner is definitely not. And get a chef who is a non-smoker. Easy to tell from the high salt content in everything. And my last food gripe, rice for 2 should be more than a quarter of a cup. I don’t care how expensive a rice you use but that wasn’t $6 worth. The only positive is that it makes me eat less. The restaurant is very plush and the tables and chairs are good quality. The lighting is set nicely and the tableware is a cut above the average. Fix the menu items, ratchet down the eagle eye service and they will come.
Only been the once. It came recommended by an Indian friend so I had high expectations. Perhaps they were not realistic expectations because I was rather disappointed. Having said that, I’m not an expert in Indian food so perhaps I’m not the best judge. I can inky compare it with Indian I’ve had at other places and whilst it was nice, I wasn’t wowed by anything.
Great food. The service was a bit slow but the staff was so polite so I didn’t mind. The flavours were really authentic and it was a very good experience
Mother’s Day dinner. Had a wonderful dining experience. The food and service was exceptional.
Taste buds soared. My family and I enjoy North Indian food greatly. Tonight we had one of the best Indian meals. Coupled with fast, friendly service the staff are knowledgable and helpful. Curries have exquisite flavor and meats are tender. Highly recommended.
One of the best Indian places I’ve ever been to. Do yourself a favour and get the chef’s special Mughlai Chicken. This and their fluffy garlic naan were amazing. Good service too. Will definitely be back.
Sunday dinner. We were a group of 5 people. I must say the food was delicious. Butter chicken, palak paneer, chicken tikka and kulfi must try. The service was also great. Every body was really friendly and welcoming. Strongly recommend to try this place. Will be going there soon
