Cookies Lounge Bar is more of a pub than anything else. Lounge Bar is not an accurate name to call this place. Spacious setting with booths to dine in, as well as a variety of other seating areas. Staff were friendly when approached. The menu is of a higher price point compared to other pubs. The steak was cooked really well. Pink and tender. Good, meaty flavour. Decent portion size. The ribs were a little disappointing. Amazing that the meat literally fell off the bone. But disappointing that the meat itself was absolutely bland. Of the sauce that was on the ribs, it was quite spicy. I liked the sauce, but others may not be a fan of it being so spicy for a rib sauce. I liked that it was presented on a wooden board with chips. A high price for what you get.
