Despite the contradictory name of the cafe, the macadamia caramel tart I got from here was divine. I’m not big on caramel as it tends to be too sweet and is easily stuck to the teeth. But this wasn’t the case for my tart, which was topped with a decent amount of nuts, a gooey caramel filling and a shortcrust pastry kind of base. It tasted even better after a few hours chilling in the fridge. The shop also serves good looking sandwiches which I will have to come back for another time. thernbdiary.com
