Firstly, Id like to correct the title: Not Latin Grill.Secondly, this is an in-house restaurant Ill not be dining at again. Which is sad, because other experiences at other Rydges establishments have been great! Why the bad review?Pizza base was like a biscuit left in the sun all day. Hand cut chips were okay, but seem to be store bought. Bao Bun werent fresh and chewy with bland filling. All up, $40 odd dollars wasted!Additional to the food quality issue, the bar/wait staff had no interest in being here and it was evident by their lack of basic customer service… try a smile on! Even a conversation about the weather wouldve made the experience better.I hope this makes it to management, because some retraining and review of their customer focus is desperately needed.
Went here on my first night staying in north Sydney and at the Rydges, found the menu to be quite lack lustre and a little overpriced for what it is. Tried the fried chicken and kimchi which was actually quite nice, served with lemon and some Japanese mayo. Then had the cheeseburger which was very very average, could not taste the cheese nor the pickles was mainly tomato and lettuce. Can assure you the food does not look anything like the photos on the Rydges website !
