Had the Pho! Soup was delicious and perfect temperature. Nice meat portion but the noodles were quite ordinary. -1 for the diluted sauces. Lovely setting and presentation. Great place to go if you can’t make it to the city.
Pretty cool place, cosy, felt authentic and good service. Ordered the beef Pho, usually a good indication of quality, and it was pretty good. It was well presented, so looked like a lot of care was taken. I did end up with a lot of noodles at the end though, without any meat left – I think they need to work on getting that balance right.
Absolutely terrible! Ordered spring rolls. Small amount of horrible grey filling. They were cold and it seems like they came out of the microwave because they weren’t crisp. Came with dipping sauce of sweet chilli sauce from a bottle. I was hoping for authentic Vietnamese dipping sauce. Also ordered salt and pepper squid. It didn’t seemed cooked like it came out of the microwave. Salad was chunks of uncooked red onions and cabbage. So awful I threw it away. Total waste of money!!! Restaurant patrons beware…..
Heard good things abt this pho place so i had to try it Not that great to be honest, soup wasnt too bad but the beef was tough and didnt taste good imo. Reasonable size but overall average tasteWont recommend
DO NOT ORDER delivery from this restaurant. The pho tastes great but we had an absolute nightmare getting it delivered. Delivery took over 1.5 hours. We only live 15 minutes from the restaurant so this was crazy to me. When the food finally arrived it was cold AND they had left out half of our order!!! I rang and after a long call explaining that half the soup spilled and we were missing half the order (the containers with beef in them) they brought the other half, credit to them it took about 20 minutes this time rather than hours. THEY DID NOT bring a replacement for the soup that spilled (even though I had requested this) so we paid for 4 soups, got two and then had to call and complain to get half of the other two. I called to complain about the still missing soup and was hung up on which made it all the worse, i couldn’t even enjoy the soup when it was finally all assembled which was a shame because it was actually tasty (once heated up…). Eat in – the soup is very tasty; the delivery and customer service are a disaster.
Ordered via Deliveroo and the servings that were delivered were about half a takeaway containers worth..The spring rolls (if they can be called that) were skinny and long with minimal filling. We specified no onions but the salad was full of them. Servings were just way too stingy. Tasted okay, nothing special. Wouldn’t order from them again..
Very much like this restaurant. I just had a very pleasant dinner with family at the restaurant. Most like- Delicious food. Flaming saigon is the most entertaining dishes in menu that we ordered. My husband also love the Boneless stuffed Chicken. I give a bonus point for all the beautiful flowers, make this mother day more special. We will definitely come back sometimes soon
