This place i would say i had the most authentic japanese ramen experience. The broth of the ramen is really flavourful. And what really brings it up a notch is the noodles. For me it had the right texture, al dente but a little bit chewy, just how i prefer it to be. We also ordered the soft-shelled crab, karaage chicken, and gyoza as side dishes. Theyre pretty tasty. Had to wait in line for 45minutes one cold winter night, and i can say that its worth the wait. They should consider expanding the space to accomodate more people in.
I am no Ramen connoisseur, but on a cold winter day, steaming hot noodle soup always hit the spot. Some say the ramen here is too salty, I find it the same but not unpleasantly so. Definitely a local gem, it is much better value than the chainstores like Ippudo.
