Got.in contact with head chef of Albert’s Burgers now operating out of the terrace and decided it was time to pay a visit. Pickle me weekly special was awesome! Great acidity to cut through the fats. Would recommend!

Friendly staff and quick service Outdoor seating with heaters available The burger was on point – cooked perfectly without overlooking it. Good flavours and a nice fluffy bun Chippies were pretty awesome, tasty and crunchy!

The food here has changed a lot recently the guys from Alberts have taken over the kitchen and the food is awesome . Amazing burgers & amazing pub food so glad they took it over it is a massive improvement and the food before we will definitely be coming regularly from now on

  • FCAS: Fried Chicken Appreciation Society

The Terrace is now home to Alberts Burgers in the kitchen after the recent closure of Alberts Tavern around the corner in North Sydney.I’m very excited because this means one of my favourite Fried Chicken Burgers is back!A few months back I decided to try the Double (by adding an extra fillet) and have never looked back!Featuring Oak Lettuce, Red Onion, Tomato, Hickory Smoked Bacon, American Cheese and house-made Chipotle, Jalapeo & Pickle Mayo. This is a clucking beautiful beast of a burger with perfect crunch factor and seasoning on the chicken and the tangy Mayo the ideal accompaniment. This one gets a Golden Drumstick on the FCAS Drumstick Scale! /5 – Aaron Hampson-Smith

It is good for people watching on Friday lunch break but unfortunately this is where the positives stop. The food is below average, the drinks are standard and slightly more expensive than rest of north Sydney. its convenient location and view are the only reason why we come back. thernbdiary.com
