Unassuming & no frills cafe/sandwich bar. It’s a lobby cafe, limited tables & seating. Mostly for takeaways. The fresh orange juice & skim cap were both solid. Proficient service.
No bells and whistles with this place but good honest food that is served up quick. I got the steak sandwich today, surprisingly tasty. Meat was really tender, overall quite good. Will come here again for that, will ask for something other than the white bread default though.
I don’t know how they do it but everything the boys cook is fantastic, Old Terry is on the Grill, Morro takes the orders and Pete runs the show, its a great cafe for a fantastic meal or just a coffee and business meeting. Highly recommend it.
Freshly grilled appreciated. Small place up the quieter end of Walker Street. Had the grilled chicken foccaccia – took quite a while but you could hear them grilling that chicken and it was big fat chunks of chicken as well, not measly strips.Went down well afterwards although sun dried tomato should be replaced with avocado and it’d be a smashing combo. Small brownie was OK too as a sweet treat.
