Chicken & Sons make the most AMAZING southern style fried chicken burgers! The Colonel is my personal fave. Their fries are also out of this world. I would highly recommend it to anyone who loves a good chicken burger.
The chicken in the chicken roll was tender and nice although I should have asked for no mayo, roll was toasted n crispy which i liked. The fried chicken burger was also nice although could have been better if there were more pickles in it. The chips, were, amazing. It was exactly how I would my chips be like. Good place.
The chicken burgers are really good. Its not cheap though. And the seating design is not very good.Also, while the food is good, the drinks are pretty terrible (and expensive). The watermelon one is horrible!
The signature buttermilk fried chicken burger is really good. However it is their fries I absolutely love! Perfect crisp and crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. The best chips on the north shore! weekendnotes.com
Been here multiple times, the fried chicken is crisp on the outside and juicy on the inside. The burgers are excellent. The service on our latest visit was so lovely that I just had to leave a review. After we order some tenders and sauce, one of the staff offered a new menu burger and loaded fries for a cheap add on, we had to decline, but then he bought it out to us by surprise for free! Besides that they were all very warm and friendly and social, it felt they were friends we had just met through a mutual friend. Will be back again with more people 🙂
Tucked away at the quiet ends of Victoria avenue in chatswood, chicken and sons really served up an amazing fried chicken burger!! You must have the truffle mac n cheese fries, we can’t get over how delicious it was. Fried chicken cravings satisfied.
Even though we came at 2:15 on a Sunday, there were still lots of people eating here. Our signature buttermilk burger and sticky fried chicken pieces took around 25minutes. I really enjoyed the chicken pieces. Super crunchy outside. Sauce was like a bbq sauce but a little sweeter. I didn’t like the burger as much. All the components were good but the chicken was a little too big for me and I couldn’t get a mouthful of everything. I personally prefer my burgers to have a different ratio of meat, bread and other filling. My partner however thought it was amazing and he can’t wait to return. The chips were super crunchy and seasoned well. Really enjoyed them.
