Bad service. We arrived for dinner at 6:45pm & ordered before 7pm. But our food did not arrive until after 8pm! More than an hour wait! Terrible!
Worst service EVER. As amazing as the food was, we will never return to Thai Naan due to…1. being ignored when we arrived – luckily we spotted a friend already at our table2. having to find menus ourselves3. having to open and pour our own wine4. writing out the order ourselves (due to waiters ignoring us even though we politely tried to get their attention several times)5. discussing our issues with a waiter who did not care at all

Average. Dont get why this place is the top restaurant in Chatswood (at time of writing). Its pretty average thai, nothing special. Can do better in the area for less money.
GOOD BUT EXPENSIVE. The food at thai naan is good and the decor and ambience is nice but the prices are a bit on the higher side
Not a pleasant experience. We want to try Thai food in chatswood area and read the review from the google before coming in to this restaurant. We arrived at 5.30 pm. The restaurant is pretty nice deco and warm. We choose the seat very closed to the window for 5 people. Soon as we are seated the staff shutting the light off, it’s not only once but twice while we eating! We order 2 appetisers and 4 mains without dessert and it cost more than $140. For me with all four main dishes are too sweet for Thai food. I have been eating Thai food in whole my life and this are far too sweet. When time to pay the bill we actually tell them the dishes is too sweet and the lady just told us next time you should tell us before ordering. Well the waitress didn’t indicate anything when we order and this is our first and last. We will not come back. Not good value for your money and wasting of eating time.
