Lovely dining experience. We ordered two traditional steaks – Hickory and Calamari with Sweet Chili sauce – and the meat was the softest I have ever eaten at a Hogs Australia restaurant. Mine was perfectly cooked to medium and the other to medium-well. Fantastic.
