The Worst Customer Service I have ever seen in Sydney . I ordered a pizza at 7:05 pm . When I asked them why my pizza is not ready at 7:40 the owner told me to go out of the shop and they will bring it to me at .They gave me the pizza at 8:10 in my car and even didn’t say any apology .The Food Quality was awful . Just Vomit after I had the pizza .I have had many bad experiences from them but this time I decide to write a review and never go again .Not recommended at all .

Great pizza that tastes amazing! Very nice to have a local shop that takes pride in their product. Would suggest to anyone in the Northmead, Westmead, North Parramatta area. You won’t regret it. Haven’t had a bad experience yet.
Reheated pizza. The pizza was ordered online for a 7:30pm pickup, submitted around 6:15pm.Upon arriving to pick up at 7:33pm we were informed that our pizza was made as soon as they recieved the order, and that they had forgot to write down the ‘7:30’ part. They reheated the pizza which took 10 minutes and this ruined it. Rubbery and hard, congealed, inedible. This wasnt like a microwave reheated pizza, this was twice cooked in the pizza over which -overcooked- it.No apology, no compensation or discount, no free drink, nothing. I felt intimidated in there as well, a lot of amgry glares from the kitchen staff, who looked confused and unhappy.Boycott this rancid dump.
