This fish and chip shop is absolutely tops in our books! The crumbed fish is divine. I’m sure the battered stuff is good too but why mess with it when the crumb is so good. It’s always super fresh, crispy, and the fish is juicy and tender inside. Very flavorsome crumb itself which is rare. The chips are golden and fat, with lots of chicken salt. A detail I love is that they tear the paper slightly when they package your fish, which releases the steam and keeps it all crunchy. Smart. It also fills your car with an unbearable aroma on the way home. I would give them 5 stars if they had house made tartar sauce.
Best fish and chip shop in the area. The food is cooked quickly and its cheap. Takeaway only and its easy to park on the side street. The potato scallops are crunchy and delicious.
Good Friday can be a problem when wanting something simple to eat. What a surprise to find this little shop at Northmead absolutely crowded – I counted 40 people waiting. The wait offorty-five minutes was so worth it – crisp crunchy seafood – the prawns were fat and juicy, calamari cooked to perfection. Everything was so fresh and beautifully cooked. Great value too – we had the seafood plate – $17.50 but twoof us couldn’t get through it all. First visit but we’ll be back.

Best fish and chips in the Hills district. Fresh made fish and chips, friendly staff. Phone ahead for pick up in approx 10 minutes always a great option for a busy Friday.
Favourite Local Fish & Chips. Great value, this is in our opinion the best take away fish & chips in The Hills district. The service is always good & fast. The servings are generous too 😀 Only tipis to ask for extra lemon if you like that.
If you want to dine in,good luck! There are 2 chairs and a tableIt’s on the main road but at least you can park on the side street Food wise it tasted better than expected my fish and chips,the size of the fish was big and the chips was nice,didn’t take long to come out but I was the only one there
