Excellent ambience with a gorgeous lake view. The food was decent as well. We had some great patta chaat, papdi chaat , chicken chettinad, chana dal with spinach and mutton biryani. The quantity was a bit less & the service was slow, but overall its quite a lovely restaurant and definitely recommended for decent North Indian food.

Hands down, the WORST INDIAN FOOD I HAVE EVER HAD. All meat was dry, naans were half the normal size and had the consistency of cardboard, curries were tasteless and as if they had been frozen and reheated, extremely disappointing! I will not be eating from here ever again. I advise you not to waste your money here either. They obviously dont care about the food they are serving.
Great local in the Hills and definitely a must for those who love Indian cuisine! The flavors are authentic and the spices are just right. A little bit expensive for the serving size, but overall an enjoyable place to dine at!
If i could vote lower, I would – This place is absolutely horribleI came in during a quiet time where there was just another couple and me and my wife, i therefore expected that the customer service would be better with one person upfront, but no… She was too busy looking into most likely her phone but however she somehow took our simple order of just a Vegetarian Biryani, should be simple with only one order as the couple were starting to also head out, but it was completely off that.We could hear the microwave in their kitchen (could you believe that) turn on and within a few minutes it was on our table. The food was bland and wasn’t even fully heated with completely cold bits of rice stuck together in the middle of the dish. We confronted the waitress and she kept blaming the chef and saying that’s how all restaurants work nowadays.The Chinese restaurant opposite is much better – Don’t waste your money
Food is fantastic, very authentic. Service attentiveness could be better. Main detractor is the banquet for 2. If their are two couples both ordering this it becomes a banquet for 4. So then your selection options are narrowed and all four have to reach consensus about which two dishes suit everyone. Spoke to manager and then owner. In complete disbelief they were happy for us to go across the way to the Chinese.
Visited this hotel on recommendation from my friend. And I must admit that it was worth trying out for my wife’s birthday dinner. Good food excellent ambience and service.
