I was a very regular customer for the entirety of this year but not anymore. You see I ordered breakfast this Monday just past and when it came out, my poached eggs were way over cooked and rock hard.I was understanding, as everyone makes mistakes, so I asked them to re do the eggs.I copped attitude from both the waitress and the kitchen staff that I DARED to raise an objection to their food.So after their dreadful display, I wrote a post and review to their Facebook page, and sure enough, it also got deleted. In my books, the true sign of how good a business is how well they handle complaints. So clearly they don’t want my money anymore, so the feeling is now mutual and I don’t want their snobby, childish attitude any further.

We picked this after finding it on the Zomato app, then looking at their website. Locals were queued outside at 6.15pm for the 6.30pm opening, which is always a good sign. Food was good, the medium & medium rare wagyu beef was cooked correctly (probably a little expensive at $36). Kids meals were good and fast and cheap. Our entrees of baked Camembert and sweet potato chips were yummy. The bruschetta was made with more of a tomato relish / cooked tomato & cheese but was ok. I’ve uploaded photos of the food.

Good place for brekky.. coffee is good. Also had dinner here. The wagu beef was overpriced for what it was.. would stick with pasta or pizza. Ultra friendly staff.. from dinner to brekky the next morning they remembered my coffee which was a nice touch.

We got to Parkes late very weary after a long drive and were looking for some take away pizza, we stumbled across Bella’s and were very impressed!! It is a lovely restaurant with a great menu and really nice people. We had a wine while waiting for our pizza which turned out to be the best we’ve had in ages. Thanks very much will definitely be back again!
