We’ve been to this place a couple of times. The food tastes good but portion size is small for some menu items. On my last visit, we ordered butter chicken, chhole bhature, Chaat, dosa and amritsari kulcha. Chole bhature and Kachori chaat and masala dosa was decent. Amritsari kulcha is just aloo naan with raita. It wasn’t what I expected. In Amritsar, kulchas are served with chhole and a sour chutney. I observed that they had cut down on portion size lately. The quantity for sambhar, gravies and chutneys is less compared to breads or dosa. The dining experience falls short of something if the meal portions are not balanced.

Invited our friend couple to celebrate special event. Selected Colours of India after reading reviews. The food was best of Indian restaurants in Sydney and was good across the board from entrée to main dishes, bread and sweets. The service was very friendly, warm and we didn’t have to wait long to be served. We all liked it so much we called waitress to pass our compliments to the Chef.We will defiantly come again and will also spread word around to our friends to visit this place.
Love this restaurant. It was my first visit and I was very impressed. With an extensive menu from different regions in India, our lunch was exciting and definitely beyond our expectations.Every dish we had was packed with wonderful flavours! My personal favourites were the non-vegetarian mixed platter, chicken korma, goan fish curry and garlic naan. As for the desserts we love their gulab jamun and kulfi. Their gulab jamun is one of the best I’ve ever tasted. And that mango lassi, perfect!
