About
Husk & Vine celebrates old and new Australia. The site is built on an old hotel and cellar called the Wheatsheaf which dates back to the 1840s. The archaeological dig can be viewed from the balcony of the dining room. Our food is influenced by todays Greater Western Sydney and its multicultural personality and heritage. The beating heart of our kitchen is the customised beech oven, which is used to produce our signature flatbreads and slow roast whole chickens and lamb shoulders. The wines are all about celebrating the region in which the grapes were grown, with a focus on small producers both in Australia and internationally. The cocktails are classic in their approach, made with native ingredients and house blended syrups.
