Inspiration for the innovative and unique concept was driven by a growing shift in casual diners wanting a fast, healthy and value for money burger. We use 100% Australian beef, our own special blend of different cuts of meats. We grind it coarsely, daily and hand formed our patties fresh. With Special recipe, all cooked fresh in an open kitchen, and in front of the customer.
