I have been ordering consecutively 5 cakes… chocolate mud cake eggless. Cake was good but rate of the cakes are deceiving. Owner will give you discount sometimes and sometimes they will overcharge you. They don’t even know their rate list , they will charge you more than there rate list and if you mention why you are overcharging they will say rate list is not updated. Highly disappointed not worth to visit again.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced in Sydney. I ordered a baby shower cake from them which I had to cancel because of an emergency. Instead of refunding the money to my credit card, through which I made the full payment at the time of placing the order, they took my bank account details and said that they will send the refund within 3-4 business days. Fair enough. That was the beginning of the ordeal. Every time I call them, they say they will process the payment within 1-2 days. It has been 1 month 7 days and I am yet to receive the refund. I must have called them at least 4-5 times within this period. I went there on a recommendation from my colleague but ended up having such a big trouble.
