Ive been coming here for so many times. I think because of their location that is quite strategic (always pass this outlet when I shop at Westfield).During my last visit, it was their $2 ice cream sign that called my name :)Both their green tea and pecan flavours were awesome (part of the $2 ice cream deal).I tried their other flavours too and they were all good and not overly sweet.

This is my favourite place for sorbets. Instead of having ice creams with lot of fat, Sorbet is best option. Mango Sorbet is my favourite here.

The worst thing about bad service is the bad attitude. If you don’t want to work there then don’t because you give NZ Natural Ice Cream a bad name. The lady who served us was rushing us to choose flavours for a kiddie cone like she needed to go toilet. Just employ real kiwis coz they know how to give good service…just saying

My impression: I don’t see the appeal about New Zealand Natural, I find their ice cream nothing special, though I am fond of a crispy waffle cone (but I won’t waffle on about it :D).If you are in the mood for ice cream, they are not bad, but they are pricey, so if you REALLY feel like ice cream you are going to pay close to $20 to overcome your craving.
