+3 standard points for standard food+1 sweet onions-1 murky broth3 = it was ok. But this place is incredibly nostalgic for me…. bonus 2 points nostalgic…The pho broth here is murkier with a heavier beef flavour. Not as clear and crisp as some other establishments. Portion size is decent. Rare beef is a little underwhelming, but thats up to personal taste.I highly recommend the spring rolls! Wrap in lettuce for extra crunch!Im a bit torn.. this place has been a staple in my life for decades so I feel it deserves more… but there are probably better pho joints around. Ill have to do se thinking…

If youre craving pho around Parramatta then I would recommend Pho Pasteur. Surprisingly it tasted a lot better than the Pho Pasteur at Bankstown. The broth here was flavourful and the portion sizes were generous. Staff were quick and efficient but not friendly.

This is one of the three places in Parramatta I often visit for pho beef noodles. It wasn’t too bad but I’d only rank it second after Vietastic. There was lack of flavour in the broth, which basically makes up a good pho. Rare beef came in bits and chunks, pretty inconsistent. It’s often busy during lunch hours, you’d expect to see staff walking around busily, not giving much attention to diners. It’s not a bad place overall. I’ve yet to try their rice or dry noodles though.I used to frequent the CBD branch and liked it a lot. Not sure what has changed over the years, but it doesn’t seem to be the same anymore.
