We walked past this little joint a few days ago and it smelled amazing, so on a warm Friday evening we wanted to give this place a try before heading off to watch a movie. The service was fast but not exactly competent . Not a major issue as they were friendly. But the Shawarma Lamb Roll was very disappointing. The filling was not a lot, a skinny roll we had and the main star of the show the lamb was dry. We had to wash down with soft drinks. The side chips although was good but had cold chips mixed in it. So we guessed they must have ran out of chips so had to fry a hot batch but unfortunately also gave us the remaining leftover chips too. The tables were very sticky for some reason. We had to clean with our own wipes. Not a pleasant experience. It is safe to confirm we will to return again. A place with great potential but at the same time many failings that can be rectified and I hope they do. I read that shawarma is a popular street food, cooked in a technique developed in the 19th century in Ottoman Turkey. It is meant to be mouthwatering tender, soul food of the Middle East. Food yes, good for the soul? Not on this occasion.#turkish #shawarma #halal #parramatta

Always pass this shop and the hot charcoal from the roasting has left me intrigued. Tried this and was disappointed… it was salty, dry. And that includes customer service skills.

Great customer service and friendly staff, ordered the chicken shawarma and falafel roll . The portions of both meals were generous and flavours on point. The falafels were made freshly and were enjoyable to eat as the texture was crispy on the outside and moist inside. Overall had a great experience here both customer service and food quality wise and would definitely go back to try other dishes on the menu, would definitely recommend this place!

I was driving by and saw this place couldnt Wait to try it with my shawarma loving friends, but what a disappointment and embarrassing moment when I had my friends coming along. What a pathetic service and quality product. I wouldnt recommend and never again. Cant believe what a waist of time and money. Vomiting and upset stomach after that.Dry cold meat and tasteless but horrible who knows where it came from, left over fries cold a soggy. Sticky tables that I had to clean my self. Many potential for the place as per the location but with a new management and with more experienced Shawarma chef.
