Its Thai food at its very best. Great variety of dishes and they cater for vegetarians too. The service is unsurpassed. Prices are reasonable too. My friends and I have been coming here since it opened.
Really enjoyed dinner here last night! Unlike many/most Thai restaurants, the food here is not too sweet, which I appreciate. Spacious interior with nice clean decor, and lighting that was not overly dim.The vegetable pad thai ($13.90) was one of the best Ive had – made hot, with a good wok fire feel, noodles al dente and vegetables fresh. Also enjoyed the vegetable red curry ($13.90), duck green curry ($21.90) and seafood laksa ($15.50). Soft shell crab ($10.90) was ok, very peppery and perhaps a little dry/hard.Overall a really great first experience in this tucked away little restaurant. Cant believe I hadnt heard of this place until now, definitely will be returning!
I have been to this place couple of times now during my business trips to Sydney. Looking at the limited food options in this area, this place has decent Thai food on offer. Kao Pad Pong Karee is quite spicy and delicious. They have some good lunch deals available on most of the items in the menu along with a drink combo.
If I have any strength this morning from my food poison, it’s to write this review. We unexpectedly had all of our family over last night for dinner, so we thought Thai would be a good option. We ordered a multitude of dinners (pad Thai, masaman curry, red curry, beef cashew) and enjoyed them as long as our stomachs could keep them down. 7 of the 8 adults had violent vomiting and explosive diarrhea for at least 6 hours. Luckily all the children just had fried rice and curry puffs. The ONLY reason I didn’t put 0 out of 5 is because the two other times I’ve had take out from here, I didn’t get violently ill. So if you’re a betting person, try my odds of 2 out of 3.
My favourite place for Thai in Sydney. The have a fairly simple menu but I usually end up ordering the same things anyway. Whole fish is definitely a fave. Value for money is fantastic and the staff are super friendly and attentive.
Very tasty, lovely atmosphere, service was spot on.Worth the travel.Very contented The staff are very pleasant and happy to assist in ordering the meal
A Thai restaurant in Pennant Hills, this place has been around forever. We went on a Sunday night and the place was pretty busy.Had Thai Fish Cakes, Penang Curry and Roti. Good wasn’t too bad and portions were good for the price.Service was quick and friendly, no real complain overall.
