Allan Grammar is a small but stylish wine bar in the heart of Penrith. The colour scheme is green and white and oh so chic. It opened last year in December and I can safely say it will be changing the way that you wine and dine in Penrith. The beautiful ambience is matched by impeccable service and the food is fresh, tasty and seasonal. The bar is well stocked and you really feel like you are in the heart of the Sydney CBD and not Penrith. It’s definitely a gem of a wine bar and hopefully more will be popping up in the Penrith area like Allan Grammar. #allangrammarr
