Food: food is generous in portions, lots of potatos, sauerkraut. The food is lacking a little in flavour but still nice.Service: crap, waited way to long for food and took 30 minutes to get some cokes and cider. No one checked our table to ask about the food.Atmosphere: loud , but it is a nice atmopshere and german themed. Nothing negative.Overall: nice food , bad service … if you want a meal thats quick this isnt the place.

Really bland. Order the schnitzel with mash. Pretty easy to get done. It tasted like someone chucked it in a microwave. 3 pieces of small schnitzel came out after 30 minutes, it had zero crunch, zero texture and the chicken itself was flat and tasteless. I had to cover it in gravy to get any flavor out of it, and that just made it worse since the gravy tasted like it was just powder and water. Barely finished 1 piece (and I eat like a horse!). The slaw was nice (probably pre-made from Coles) but the rest of it was just awful. For the price I paid, it was totally ridiculous. I spent $20 at The Royal in Springwood and got a huge slab of freshly fried schnitty with thick cut chips, and it was so good. I thought the same would be here, but alas it wasn’t even worth the petrol driving here.
