It’s nice, it’s not the most authentic Italian place, but it offers good quality food and not a bad price. We had the chili crab abs prawn fettuccine and it was good, as was the perri perri pizza.

Ehhh.. Don’t bother. Firstly, the food itself is of a low standard. Not only was my pasta cold on the top, but it broke down when I picked it up on the fork. The pasta in itself was of a poor quality. The arrabiata sauce was overly spicy and I could barely finish my meal. Following the pasta were the waffles. Now I could tell for a fact that they couldn’t be anything further from fresh. They were very stale and hard. The prices were pretty unreasonable aswell. Other than this, however, the staff were all friendly and polite. But as a whole, there are so many better places to go than here within the same complex.

If you want authentic Italian food in Penrith, go elsewhere. Panarotti’s is the McDonalds of Italianrestaurants (but it’s notparticularly cheap). Iorderedthe chilli crab and prawn fettuccine. Ididn’t finish it. The fettuccine wasbroken into smallpieces, rangingfrom 2-4cm in length, and was soggy and overcooked – a big no-no. The sauce was from a jar – you couldtaste the preservatives. The prawns were overcooked too. It cost around $25, so the jarred sauce was not the only badtaste left in my mouth. Ifyou’re in Penrith, I suggestheading to Trevi’s instead. Or if you really feel like pasta at Panthers, Kelly’s is great value. I wished Iwentthere.

Sat down for 20 minutes and flagged down at least 3 waitresses but none of them could take my order since we have a designated order taker on our side. Problem is they dont say who this person is and was about to walk out before ahe came to our table.Ordered the veal with fettuccine and the chilli crab and prawn fettuccine. The veal was overcooked (asked or medium, got medium well) and the chilli crab sauce was lacking in chilli but the worst offender is the fettuccine. It was completely overcooked and caused the sauces to become very watery as the meal went on. No texture to the pasta whatsoever and it tasted as though they did not use salt water to boil it.

Went to dinner here with a group of 12, slow service and over an hour wait for meals. No explanation offered. Waiting staff did not engage at all, actually seemed really unhappy.Wouldn’t recommend

I didn’t hate it. We came in after the lunch rush but still got the lunch menu. Prices were affordable for what we chose which was the meat lovers pizza with a drink. We took the pizza outside to enjoy in the sunlight on a good day. Definitely a good pizza offering, would come back to try something else one day. Justin Brown

{ _anne_with_an_e // review }Ive been to this outlet a few times and each visit had fairly poor and slow service, and meals always required a long wait. The service is friendly, as youd hoped for at any restaurant, but theres unfortunately no sense of immediacy and initiative, which gives the impression that theres no interest and care in serving customers. The food isnt bad, although there are some inconsistencies, sometimes the pizzas come out a little over and are dry. The Tuscan pasta was cooked well and was tasty, but probably the only item I’m keen on ordering from their menu is the three-cheese pizza (reduced from four) which I think is actually really good and delicious, especially topped with the chilli condiment.Must have // three cheese pizzaPros // seating for big groupsCons // slow and poor service, long waits for mealsFood: 3/5Ambience: 3/5Service: 2/5
