Lovely venue, which is made even better by the fact that it’s dog-friendly. That said, I unfortunately had a very poor breakfast here. My friend and I both got the pancake, which was undercooked to the point of it still being liquid in the middle. Moreover, the two coffees which came out were completely different. My friend’s came out great, mine (which was a flat white as opposed to a cappuccino) came out ridiculously hot, which meant that the shot itself was burnt. I hope the place does well and the kitchen get into a rhythm, but I won’t be going back for a while at least.

I did not like the meal placement and would have much preferred the eggs to sit upon the avocado as opposed to on the side. My father had the deep dish pancake. It was nice although too thick, heavy and dense and therefore it was easy to become sick of it. The white chocolate mousse was nice though. I am aware that the cafe is a rather new establishment and therefore perhaps may improve.
