A Tuesday night. Five people. My party arrived at 6.30 and before long received our entree. Very nice food. Then things went downhill. As people came and went, having eaten, and people who had ordered takeaway came and went, we waited. I think we were asked to order mains about 7pm. The food took an hour to come. Meanwhile, I went to the kitchen and inquired of the person who told me he was the manager and was told they were very busy. Yes, I could see that they were busy but we were his customers also. After a while, some food appeared and the waiter/manager came by our table and announced to the room that if I thought I could do it better I should take his place as manager. Not surprisingly, I responded in similar manner, and to the room. The guy is a fruitcake and is incompetent. The owner came by at the end of the meal and apologised. The food was very nice but the service was dreadful.
