Petersham RSL had a reputation for being dirt cheap but that seems to have changed – even beers are similar prices to other clubs. The food is the usual club bistro food. The chips were particularly good, the schnitzels and fish were fine. The pizzas are doughy and undercooked. At $20-$30 for most meals, it’s pretty expensive for a club.
Petersham RSL has a new restaurant…and thank goodness they do!! Platform 7 is a vast improvement on the previous restaurant at the RSL, so much so, I’ve already been there three times in the last month!!Particularly love the Crispy Skin Port Belly. Will definitely be back again and again and again.Thanks Petersham RSL, your restaurant is awesome!!
