Fish and chips were OK. The standout here was the friendliness of the staff, the outdoor eating area, and the fact that it had a BYO licence and a bottle shop across the road. We particularly enjoyed the battered mars bar. I’ve had this before, but here it was served with ice cream and was deliciously chewy.
