This club is pretty swanky and has had a recent upgrade, which you can definitely tell! Has an amazing bush location overlooking the greens and huge gum trees where you can watch kangaroos and wildlife graze as you eat. You can also see Mt Tomaree from the outdoor eating area which Is a beautiful view. The food is very well priced (Compared to Melb standards) and also large servings, tasty and fresh. Had a seafood platter for one which was massive and very fresh. Partner had the schnitzel with seafood which he struggled to get through. Food is complimented by great friendly service, wide variety of beers on tap, and very tasty house wines. Would highly recommend for a serene, relaxing and yummy dinner out.
Four of us have dinners there tonight. It was very busy almost full house at about 8pm. We had the fish of the day – barramundi, the beef cheeks and lamb shoulder. Just my husband was not happy about the beef cheeks. He felt it’s tough. The rest of us were happy for the food. For dessert we had pannacotta and chocolate rocks. They were nice.
