We came here right as it started raining outside to grab some tea and a treat. We went for the chai and blueberry crumble. Now, when you come to a little tea room you sort of expect artisinal tea blends or loose leaf teas, so we were a little disappointed to see a common tea bag brand in our pot. The crumble started off quite nice, but we realised the topping was a little soggy, and there was a faint meat taste to it too – this was really quite awful to taste. The service was average, nothing amazing. Nelson Bay definitely has more to offer than this cafe!

This place had THE best scones I’ve ever had! Light and fluffy, melted in my mouth. The view is beautiful as well. We both had an ice coffee (mine with no cream) which was really good.
