Probably one of my worst experiences at this chain.In shopping centres, Fogo Brazilian Churrasco is my go to for lunch. They have always been reliable and consistent to prepare a fast and delicious meal this experiencing this somewhere from where I am used to has now made me question visiting the chain again.Customer service was lacking, staff were run off their feet on this occasion. Their youngest of staff who must have been new was serving customers and then getting in trouble for not knowing what to do at other times. The other staff were shortcutting meals. I coming from a fast food background was disappointed to see other food items prepared in the chip fryer. After seeing this, they were preparing meals and losing receipts. I could see my meal sitting and walked up to collect it to find my receipt coated in sauce and lettuce inside the box.After my 10-15 minute wait I started my Sao Paulo Burger to find a very small piece of chicken, not equivalent to the size of the bun. The meal was delicious as usual but seeing the way it was prepared was very off-putting. If I return to this chain it will be to the Rouse Hill Store because this is the only chain so far where I have found quality for money.

Great option for a high protein low carb meal when shopping and need a quick lunch. I normally get the chicken and salad and it’s always nice..
