I was completely ignored when I walked in – fair enough, staff might’ve been busy.I was waiting at the counter for a couple of minutes before another two guys walked in behind me. Staff member attended the counter straight away and served the two guys first, before even asking who was first. The guys went straight ahead and started ordering. I was just speechless by the conduct so I walked straight back out. I used to like going to this place whenever I worked in Pyrmont, but I will never go back to ANY PLACE that treats their customers like that.

Perfect!. Since Big Mouth opened a few months back i haven’t had lunch anywhere else. Their jaffles are amazing. So many different ones to try out. And their sandwiches are great. Fresh and massive. ( you can get half sizes if you want). Usually i take away, but sometimes i sit in their back courtyard which is nice. Very very well priced too.
Bad service. they yell your name and run at you when your food is ready and they don’t give you plates or cutlery,also you are made to order at the counter
