Update: came here again to try some of their hot food items – this was pretty disappointing. Food lacked any depth in flavour and tasted really bland and strange throughout. I think I will take my two experiences enough to push this restaurant down to 2 stars.***************************************************Came here for lunch and food was a little disappointing. I think the food is inconsistent though as my friends nasi goreng was really nice. I ordered the nasi lemak and originally got this with fried chicken. They came out later to inform me this had sold out so I went with their beef rendang. The beef was very disappointing as it was super chewy and tough to eat. The sambal was very yummy though which helped with the dish. Rice was also old and you could tell they were near the end of the bowl. It was dry and slightly cold. Although my meal was disappointing my friend informed me she had the rendang last week and it was so tender and juicy. The service was also good so Ive put them at a 3 instead of 2. Overall, even though my meal was underwhelming I will give them another go again. Hopefully I just had them on one of their bad days. Will definitely go earlier next time!
