Going through my food truck phase, I have nearly visited all the local food trucks near me. Fritz’s Wieners (don’t you just love the name), serves a choice of Spicy Bratwurst, Mild Bratwurst or Double Banger (both bratwurst in one bun). Since I am not a fan of spicy food I went with Mild Bratwurst. It was served on a baguette bun with onions. You can whatever condiments once they have made up your bun. I went with tomato sauce. It was quite tasty and reasonably priced. Service was friendly and quick.
